Refund policy for excursion tickets

Excursions can be booked online. Depending on the excursion, booking may be without prepayment or with partial prepayment. The remaining amount is usually paid to the guide or organizer on site.

Cancellation by the tourist

If you cannot join the excursion, contact us as early as possible. Refund terms depend on the excursion type, organizer rules, timing of cancellation and whether tickets, transport, guide time or permits have already been reserved.

Late arrival and no-show

If a tourist is late, does not come to the meeting point, leaves the group voluntarily or cannot join because of missing documents, the paid amount may not be refunded. The group cannot wait for late tourists.

Weather and organizer cancellation

If the organizer cancels an excursion because of weather, safety, border restrictions, technical reasons or insufficient group size, we offer a new date, an alternative excursion or a refund according to the organizer decision.

Border and document requirements

For international excursions every tourist must have valid travel documents and, when required, visas or permits. Refusal at the border or missing documents is the tourist’s responsibility.

How refund is made

Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Bank processing time depends on the payment provider and the tourist’s bank.
