The website does not directly organize excursions/transfers and active recreation; The company's activities are limited to booking and providing contact information of tourists to the organizers of tour services in accordance with contracts agreed between them, thereby booking a service with them for their tourists. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the site.

1.3. Service providers undertake to pay the copyright holder of the web resource for services rendered remuneration in the amount and in the manner prescribed by the Agreement.
1.4. The Registered Service Provider may be located in any city or region in the world.
1.5. By booking any service on the site, you agree to these Service Rules and undertake to comply with them.

2. Basic rules for the service

2.1. Rules for the service for service providers (guides, organizers, etc.)
1. 2.1.1. Registration on the site is free for service providers. When registering, the Service Provider is required to provide its data:

  - City of service provision (or several),
  - Service provision language (or several),
  - Brief summary,
  - Electronic address (email).
2. 2.1.2. After registration, the Supplier has the opportunity to create their own products (Excursions, transfers, etc.).
3. 2.1.4. The service provider undertakes not to place its contact information (contact telephone number, email, skype and other data) in text, images and other information objects
4. 2.1.5. Service providers are prohibited from posting services related to the provision of services of a sexual nature.
5. 2.1.9. Provision of the booked service is the responsibility of the Service Provider. The service is not responsible for the obligations of the Service Provider, and is also not responsible for the quality of the services provided.
6. 2.1.10. In case of successful payment for the Request booking by the User, the contact details of the Service Provider will be transferred to the User, and in turn, the User’s contact details will be transferred to the Service Provider for the possibility of direct contact.
7. 2.1.11. The service provider agrees that the cost of booking a service by the User - 0-40% of the cost of the service is the service's remuneration for the services provided for booking the Service.
8. 2.1.12. The service provider personally accepts payment for the cost of services from the User minus the cost of the reservation. Providing the necessary reporting documents (invoice, etc.) to the User is the responsibility of the Service Provider.
2.1.13. By agreeing to the rules of the User Agreement, the Service Provider confirms that the Service is not its tax agent. The Service Provider shall pay all tax obligations independently. Also, the service provider is not the owner of the resource olimpus.me and letsbooking.me and is not responsible for the content that is posted on these resources, unless it was posted by them by adding content from their personal account.
2.2. Rules of operation of the service for Users (Service Consumers)
1. 2.2.1. There is no registration on the site, which allows you to select and book services without wasting time, but the site can automatically register users and create a Personal Account for them to manage their booked services.
2. 2.2.2. The search for the appropriate Service Provider or Service (Guide, Excursion, Carrier, etc.) on the site is carried out by the user.
3. 2.2.3. When selecting the Service Provider or Service of interest, the user makes a request for the provision of this service by clicking the “Book” button.
4. 2.2.4. After entering his data to book a service, the User pays for the service in the amount of 0-40% of the cost of the Service.
5. 2.2.5. To book a Service, the user must pay for the booking service within 24 hours. Payment is made using a payment gateway. Payment is possible using all available payment methods provided by the banking payment system - Visa, MasterCard credit cards, etc.
6. 2.2.6. After payment for the booking of the Service, the contact details of the Service Provider will be transferred to the User, and in turn the User's contact details will be transferred to the Service Provider for the possibility of direct contact.
2.2.7. Payment for the remainder of the Service is made by the User directly to the Service Provider. The possibility of paying the remaining balance by credit card must be previously agreed with the Service Provider. Responsibility for accepting these funds and for providing the relevant reporting documents lies with the Service Provider.
2.2.8. In case of successful booking of the Service, the User undertakes to receive the booked service within the specified time frame (date, time, place) from the Service Provider.
2.2.9. Free cancellation of an excursion/transfer booking is possible no later than 4 days/2 days before the agreed time for the start of services. In this case, the cost of booking the service is returned to the User in full. If participation in an excursion is canceled within 4 days (96 hours) before the start of the excursion, the prepayment (advance payment) will not be returned. If the transfer participation is canceled within 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the transfer, the prepayment (advance payment) is not refunded.
2.2.10. By agreeing to the rules of the User Agreement, the User agrees that the Service is not a Service Provider and is not liable for the Service Provider’s improper performance of its duties.

3. Compliance with copyrights

3.1. Service providers are prohibited from posting on their page or Service page information the rights to use of which belong to third parties (photos, advertising materials). This requirement also applies to logos and trademarks. If they are posted, written consent for their placement on the site must be obtained before posting.
3.2. D.O.O. Olimpus is not responsible for the use by Service Providers of materials belonging to third parties (photos, information materials, etc.). In case of detection of materials protected by copyright of third parties, upon receipt of a request from the owner of this information, full responsibility lies with the owner of the website, who undertakes to immediately block or delete this information/materials.
3.3. All information received from the Service Provider regarding the services provided is the property of the Service Provider.
3.4. All other information (photos, text information, etc.) on the website is the property of the website's copyright holder. Unauthorized distribution of information belonging to the service provider without written consent is prohibited.

4. Security and privacy

4.1. All contact information provided by Users and Service Providers is used only to provide services within the framework of the service and is not provided to third parties.
4.2. The service may block access to the User or Service Provider if they violate the rules of the service.
4.3. The service does not bear any responsibility for the information provided by the User or the Service Provider and the quality of the services provided.
4.4. In case of negative feedback on the quality of services provided by the Provider, the copyright holder of the website may respond by blocking the Service Provider.
4.5. The data provided by Users and Service Providers must not violate generally accepted moral or legal standards. The use of profanity is prohibited.
4.6. The site is protected from hacking or unauthorized access using modern software and hardware. However, the site does not guarantee that there is no risk of data interception during transmission.
4.7. The site does not accept payment from Service Users directly, but uses the payment gateway of a bank or payment system for this if there is an advance payment. In this regard, the site does not bear any responsibility for possible failures related directly to making payments while on the payment system website, as well as for possible disclosure of information about credit cards, User accounts, etc. etc. Responsibility for accepting and processing (processing) payments is entirely the responsibility of the payment system.

5. Limitation of liability

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

All relations arising in connection with the use of the site are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes are subject to consideration in the competent courts of Ukraine.
