Is there a commission when I pay by Visa or Mastercard?
No. Our payment system does not charge a commission. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount to euro at its own rate.

How do I book an excursion?
Choose an excursion, date, departure city and number of people, enter your details and confirm the booking. The order goes to the cart, where you can complete the booking or payment.

What happens after booking?
You receive an electronic voucher by email with the date, time, meeting point, stop photos or map, organizer phone number and details about how to recognize the guide or bus.

How do I find the meeting point?
The meeting point is shown during booking and repeated in the voucher. We recommend saving the map and stop photos on your phone.

Can I contact the guide before booking?
Direct contact is usually available after the booking is confirmed. Before that, you can send us questions or wishes and we will pass them to the organizer.

Can I pay on site?
For many group excursions you can book online and pay the guide on site. If prepayment is required, it guarantees your seats or the private guide/car.

What is included in the price?
Included and excluded services are listed on each excursion page. If entrance tickets, meals or transport are not mentioned as included, they are paid separately.

How many people are in a group?
It depends on the date and excursion: it may be a minibus, a large bus, a boat or another vehicle.

What language is the excursion in?
The available languages are shown on the excursion page and during booking.

Can children join?
Yes, unless age restrictions are stated on the excursion page. For difficult routes, read the description carefully.

How do I cancel?
Cancellation terms are described in the refund policy and in your booking conditions.
