The route will begin along Side of Kotor Bay, passing Herceg Novsky, Tivat and Risan bays.

First stop - observation deck in the town of Perast with a magnificent view on two islands: Sveti Georgi (St. George, also known as the Isle of the Dead with cypress trees) and Gospa od Škrpela (island of the Holy Mother of Godor as they also call it - Our Lady on the Reef), who is the patroness of all sailors and captains.

We will go up to the observation deck, which offers a stunning panoramic view - a great opportunity to take vivid photographs and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscapes.

The cable car also offers magnificent views of the Boka Kotor Bay, cities Kotor, Tivat, Perast, Herceg Novi and the sea.

Then we will transfer to our excursion transport and go to an altitude of 1000 meters, where we will visit an ancient mountain villageNjegushi- the birthplace of the Petrovich dynasty, who once ruled in these areas. This village is famous for its natural, environmentally friendly delicacies, such as prosciutto - smoked pork ham, Njeguš cheese and delicious mead with rakia, and if you like it, you can take a couple of legs with you to your homeland (it is allowed to export Prsut, cheese and rakia up to 1.5 liters per person).

During the excursion -guidewill show and tell how locals dry Prosciutto and make homemade cheese. There will be time for tasting, purchasing local specialties and souvenirs. There is also a separate time for lunch at a local mountain restaurant.

After a gastronomic treat, we continue our excursion through incredibly beautiful places called the “Stone Sea of ​​Montenegro” and climb even higher towards the mountainLovcen, where the famous mausoleum of Peter II Petrovich Njegos, the ruler of Montenegro, is located throughout Europe, which proudly stands on the second highest mountain range 1650 m.

Petar Njeguš was a great commander, clergyman and ruler of Montenegro, who fought for justice and served his people to the end. We will be able to climb to a height of 1650 m above sea level, and then 461 steps await us to the mausoleum for walking (visit upon request).

In the mausoleum itself you will see figures of two Montenegrin women made of granite, as well as a figure of 28 tons of Jablunica marble and a marble sarcophagus of Petar II Petrovic Njegos, and the ceiling in this mausoleum is made of 18 kg of pure gold, donated by Italy for Montenegro.

On the back side of the Lovcen mausoleum there is the "Eagle's Nest" - the so-called round platform, which offers a beautiful view of the mountains, cities and villages.

In clear weather, from Mount Lovcen you can see 70% of the territory of Montenegro.

Then the path will continue to the old capital - Cetina, which is located 22 kilometers along serpentines.

On a walking tour of the city of Cetinje, you will get acquainted with the history of the city, which dates back to the 15th century.

You will be pleasantly surprised by a huge number of attractions: the Palace of King Nikola, the Blue Palace, the State Museum, the Vlas Church of the 15th century with a fence of 1544 gun barrels and much more interesting. Visiting museums (optional).

After a walk with a guide, we will visit Cetina Monastery. It is rich in history and preserves the Hand of St. John the Baptist - three fingers of the right hand, who baptized Jesus Christ. A piece of the life-giving cross of the Lord on which Jesus Christ was crucified and the relics of Peter of Cetinje - the founder of the Cetinje monastery.

If you have crosses on your body and everything you buy in the monastery shop, be sure to consecrate it on the holy relics by venerating them. As on the excursion Ostrog and Podgorica, here you can also light candles and write notes for your health and repose. The Cetinje Monastery is the center of the Montenegrin metropolis for all Serbian-Montenegrin Orthodoxy.

Then we will drive through the central coast of Montenegro. We will make a stop at the observation deck - 850 meters on Mount Braichi, from which a magnificent panorama of the Budva Riviera, the sea, Budva, the island of Sveti Stefan and the island of St. Nicholas opens!

After lunch we will head to the most famous resort of Montenegro, which has made it famous for its beauty and grace - Sveti Stefan. There will be a stop for photos from the panoramic platform.

Then we will go to Budva!

We will visit the Old Town, which is 2500 years old, is one of the most ancient places in Montenegro with a great history. We will see the Citadel, the Church of St. Nicholas of the 7th century, the Church of the Holy Trinity of the 19th century and much more. It’s a pleasure to walk along the narrow streets of the Old Town!

You can also walk along the fortress walls and see the outskirts(entrance to museums is paid additionally and is visited upon request). In Budva, there will also be free time to visit local attractions such as the Citadel, walk along the walls of the Old Town, the Archaeological Museum, as well as separate time for lunch at any of the coastal restaurants or swimming on the beach at your request.

We will return home by ferry crossing Tivat.
