This excursion can be taken from Herceg Novi, Njivice, Igalo, Meline, Zelenika, Kumbor, Djenovici, Baosici, Bijela, Kamenari, Kostanjica and Morinj, thereby admiring almost the entire coastline of the Bay of Kotor on the way and getting to know its resorts. Here near Zabljak or in the Tara River Canyon we will stop for lunch at a national restaurant with its delicacies. Set lunch is available for an additional fee of 15e per person upon request (can be selected when booking an excursion). The set lunch consists of salad + main dish (grilled meat/lamb or river trout). Drinks are not included in the lunch price. Having eaten deliciously, we will move towards Djurdzhevich Bridge - this is a great structure of the mid-20th century. The length of one of the spans is 108 meters above the abyss, and the height is more than 150 m.

Due to the dense, chaotic development on the coast and mountainous terrain, buses cannot travel to every hotel or villa, so tourists go to certain places. Good reviews and recommendations tourists about visiting this route. Arrival time at the attraction, duration of stops and return are approximate. This may be earlier than indicated on the website, or 3-4 hours late. Be sure to read the “Tourist Memo”, which will be sent to you by e-mail along with the voucher. At technical stops, Montenegrins sell various homemade specialties (honey, wine, rakia...) - our advice: buy what you tried and liked, as it happens that they sell/get the wrong product that you liked during tasting.
Attention:Due to recent circumstances - a rock collapse on the road at the beginning of the Tara River Canyon, road construction work and road closures until the end of 2025, the excursion route will be as follows: Coast of Montenegro - Podgorica - Niksic - Šavnik - Tara River Canyon - Djurdjevic Bridge - Zabljak - Black Lake and back by the same road. Tourists who booked the Canyons excursion before June 14, 2025 and went on the excursion were notified by the guide on the bus and, at their own request, agreed to the excursion or could refuse. The last update of the program and page on the website occurred on June 14, 2025. Tourists who booked an excursion according to the old program (which included Moraca Canyon and Moraca Monastery), for whom the excursion has not yet taken place, will be notified by email until June 15, 2025 about the change in the program, route and their further consent. The cost of the excursion remains the same.
