This is an exciting trip in a mini-group, which will allow you to enjoy the beauty of Montenegro and get acquainted with the unique processes of wine production. During this excursion you will be able to visit vineyards located in a unique location at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, taste local wines, and also enjoy the stunning beauty of the Crnojevic River. This is a great option to relax a little and take a break from the bustle of the city. This is a new product for 2020  among our  sightseeing tours of Montenegro, therefore reviews are not yet available about this excursion.

Description and program of the excursion Crnojevica River + winery with tasting

The tour will begin in the morning around 10 am. Even if you are not staying in Budva, we will take tourists on an excursion along the entire coast Budva Riviera from Budva to Petrovac, thereby admiring almost the entire coastline along the way. Along the way, the minibus stops and picks up tourists at special stops; when booking, you can choose the one closest to you on the website. Don't forget to take comfortable shoes, hats, water and a good mood!

The route passes through mountain passes, Skadar Lake.

The first thing we will visit is the Lipovac winery. This is a unique winery, and the exclusivity of the wines lies in the fact that in addition to traditional technologies of production and maturation in inox and French oak barrels, winemakers use amphorae and qvevri.  Amphoras allow the wine to express its best organoleptic qualities, inextricably linking them to the place of origin of the grapes. Today no plant in Montenegro has such high technologies.

For centuries, wine has been part of the Montenegrin faith, culture and customs of Montenegro.

Upon arrival, we will see the grape fields. You will see how grapes grow and how they are processed.The Lipovac winery today produces more than 100,000 bottles per year and the plantations include 23,000 grape vines. Grape varieties grown here include Žižak, Troika or Morava, as well as Vranac. By the way, the grape harvest here is carried out exclusively by hand.Some of the products are exported to Europe and Asia, but of course the best remains in Montenegro.

After us They will show you the cellar where the wine is stored and tell you about various production technologies.We will also have a tasting (it is included in the price of an adult ticket), which includes 4 glasses of wine of your choice and traditional Montenegrin snacks - cheese and prosciutto.

After wine tasting, we will go to the Crnojevica River, where we will board a private boat and sail along the Crnojevica River to amazingly beautiful places.

A boat trip will allow you to enjoy the beauty of untouched nature and see its inhabitants.

After a walk along the river, we arrive in the village, where time will be specially allocated for lunch at a local national restaurant.

After enjoying the national delicacies, we will travel towards the coast.

We will definitely take a photo break on the panoramic platform, which offers a bird’s-eye view of the Crnojevic River.

And we will return to Budva along the road, where there is a magnificent view of the Budva Riviera

Numerous photo stops and a lunch break are planned throughout the route. Lunch is provided in a national restaurant with local food.

We return to the coast around 18:00.
