You can’t visit Montenegro without getting acquainted with the history and traditions of this region. On this trip you will learn about the history of the state, visit its ancient capital, and visit a traditional village where local “prosciutto” and “homemade cheese” are made. You will also see an unforgettable panorama of the Bay of Kotor from a bird's eye view and the pearl of architecture in Montenegro - the medieval city of Kotor. You can't miss it!

The tour will start in the morning around 9.00. Don't forget to take warm clothes: the air temperature on the coast and in the mountains can differ significantly. Comfortable shoes and some clothes to cover your shoulders and legs, since you will be visiting a monastery.

This route passes along high-altitude (but safe) roads, from where stunning panoramas of the Budva Riviera and the Bay of Kotor open.

The first stop will be a sightseeing at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level on Mount Braichi, where a magnificent view of the Budva Riviera, the sea and the island of St. Nicholas!

You will be pleasantly surprised by a huge number of attractions: the Palace of Prince Nikola, the Blue Palace, the State Museum, the Vlas Church of the 15th century with a fence made of the barrels of two thousand guns and many more interesting things. After the walk we will visit the Cetinje Monastery. It is rich in history and preserves the Hand of St. John the Baptist - three fingers who baptized Jesus Christ, a piece of the life-giving cross of the Lord on which Jesus Christ was crucified and the relics of Peter of Cetinje - the founder of the monastery. If you have crosses on your body and everything you buy in the monastery shop, be sure to consecrate it on the holy relics by venerating them. As in Ostrog, you can also light candles here and write notes for your health and peace. The Cetinje Monastery is the center of the Montenegrin metropolis for the entire Serbian-Montenegrin Orthodoxy.

We will be able to climb to a height of almost 1500 m above sea level, and then 461 steps await us to climb to the mausoleum on foot. In the mausoleum itself you will see figures of two Montenegrin women made of black granite, as well as a figure of 28 tons of Jablunica marble and a marble sarcophagus of Petar II Petrovich Njegos, and the ceiling in this mausoleum is made of 18 kg of pure gold, donated by Italy for Montenegro.
